Your Ralph's Grocery purchases can help AIN!!
You may choose to sign up online for the Ralph's Community Contributions Program crediting Angel Interfaith Network by following the steps outlined below. If you prefer, call AIN at
to request a letter from Ralph's with a bar code at the bottom. When you present this at Ralph's Market with your Ralph's Rewards card, they can enroll you as an AIN / Ralph's Community Contributions participant.
Note: Only when you register yourself online with your e-mail address will confirmation crediting Angel Interfaith Network show up on each of your Ralph's receipts.
Following are instructions for accomplishing your signup online :
Because www.ralphs.com is now a secure website, there are new procedures to enroll your Ralph’s Rewards Card with Angel Interfaith Network.
If you already registered your card between 8/4/08 and 9/22/08, your registration for the period beginning 9/1/08 is still in effect and confirmation should appear at the bottom of your receipt when you use the Rewards card with your purchases.
If not, follow these steps to enroll –
1. Log on to www.ralphs.com
2. Click on Sign In/Register
3. Click on New Customer? Sign up today!
4. Enter your zip code and click on “find”
5. Click ‘Select” next to the store where you usually shop
6. Enter account information
a. Your e-mail address
b. Your password (please note the rules next to the field)
c. Confirm your password
7. Subscribe or unsubscribe to email subscription by leaving check marks or removing
8. Click Confirm
9. Click on agree to Terms and Conditions
10. Click on Confirm
11. Click on Edit Community Contribution Program Information
12. Enter the card number as shown on your Ralph’s Rewards Card
13. Click on ‘Save Changes’
14. Confirm or enter any corrections and click on ‘Save Changes.’
15. Type in a part of ‘Angel Interfaith Network’ or key in NPO number 84251 and click
16. In the ‘Select Your Organization’ section, click on the bubble next to your
organization name (Angel Interfaith Network)
17. Click on ‘Save Changes’
18. Angel Interfaith Network will appear on the right side of the page.
19. You have now completed your Online rewards card registration AND your
Community Contributions registration crediting AIN.
20. Click on ‘Logout’ at the top of the page.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A REWARDS CARD REGISTRATION (with registered email address and password)
1. Log in to www.ralphs.com
2. Click Sign In/Register
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Click on ‘sign in’
5. Click on ‘My Account’ (in the top right hand corner)
6. View all your information and edit as necessary
a. To make a change in your organization selection
b. Click on ‘Edit Community Contributions Program Information’
c. Confirm your card number and click on ‘Save Changes’
d. Review your personal information and/or make any corrections and click on
e. Type in part of Angel Interfaith Network and click ‘Search’
f. In the “Select Your Organization’ section, click on the bubble next to
Angel Interfaith Network
g. Click on ‘Save Changes’
h. Review all information shown on your account
i. You will see your updates and/or changes to your account
j. Click on ‘Logout’ at the top of your page.

What are the benefits of donating my car to Angel Interfaith Network?
AIN benefits by receiving a cash donations to fund new and existing programs and increase community awareness through local events.
You benefit by being able to reduce your taxable income when taxes are itemized. Plus you avoid the costs associated with selling your car. No need to pay for advertising, no loss of privacy and possible security risk, and no need to pay for vehicle registration, insurance, and repairs to keep your car in running condition while you wait for a buyer.
Does my car have to be running to donate it?
No. In some cases we can take your car, running or not. However, it must have an engine and be tow-able. Contact a representative at 877-537-5277 to find out if your vehicle qualifies for pick-up or click here to send an email message.
Do you only accept cars for donation?
Many types of motor vehicles are accepted including boats, motorcycles, trucks, and cars, motor-homes, airplanes, time-shares, and even houses. If you are uncertain as to whether or not your vehicle is eligible, please contact the vehicle donation program at 877-537-5277 or click here to send an email message..
How long will it take to pick up my vehicle?
We make donating your car as simple and convenient as possible. In some cases, if we receive your call early in the day, a same-day pick can be available. Do I have to be with the vehicle at the time of pick-up?
No. Special arrangements can be made by calling our representatives.
What paperwork do I need?
The only paperwork needed is a signed, clear title. Have your title with you when you call-in your donation. [Please note: a clear title indicates the title is in the name of the donor without a lien].
Do I need a smog certificate in order to donate my car?
For states that require smog certificates or safety inspections, you may donate your vehicle without these documents.
What if I receive legal notices?
In the rare event that you receive any notification of a lien sale, DMV action, or other activity related to your donated vehicle, please contact us at 877-537-5277 immediately for assistance or click here to send an email message.
How does the new law effect my tax deduction?
You will receive IRS Form 1098-C, Contributions of Motor Vehicles, Boats, and Airplanes if the proceeds from the sale exceed $500, stating the amount of the gross proceeds from the sale of the donated vehicle.
Will I get a tax receipt for my donation?
Yes, you will receive an IRS Form 1098C in the event that the sale of the vehicle exceeds $500. If the vehicle does not exceed $500, the thank you letter that you will receive can used as a tax receipt.
What can I claim as a deduction?
According to the tax law effective January 1, 2005, if the claimed value of the donated vehicle exceeds $500, the taxpayer is limited to the gross proceeds of the sale.
An IRS Form 1098-C, “Contributions of Motor Vehicles, Boats, and Airplanes” will be mailed to you within 30 days of the sale stating the amount of gross proceeds received from your car, provided your vehicle sold for more than $500 and you have submitted your social security number. This will be your tax receipt for your charitable contribution.
How is the value determined on the vehicle donated?
The value is determined by the gross proceeds raised from the sale of the donated vehicle.
What if my car is valued over $5000?
Effective January 1, 2005, you are no longer required to have vehicles appraised. The value you may claim will be the amount of gross proceeds received from your vehicle.
